Pride in London this year was a powerful reminder of what happens when communities and businesses come together with both enthusiasm and intent.
The myGwork team had the privilege of joining CGI on their Pride bus along the parade route from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall. The atmosphere was electric: great music, great company, and a sea of rainbow flags as far as we could see. It was genuinely one of the best days out we’ve had all year.
More than 35,000 participants from around 600 organisations marched over the weekend. That scale sends a clear signal of what becomes possible when businesses actively support LGBTQ+ inclusion. Visibility at Pride matters, and meaningful impact grows when organisations align their hiring practices, partnerships, and everyday culture with their inclusion commitments.
That is exactly where myGwork operates. We work with employers who are ready to build sustained, meaningful LGBTQ+ inclusion, connecting them with talent who actively seek workplaces that live their values and supporting them to advance their DEI goals.
If you’re looking to strengthen your LGBTQ+ inclusion strategy, reach more LGBTQ+ professionals, or explore how partnering with myGwork can support your DEI ambitions, we’d love to have you on board.
A huge thank you to CGI for having us along for the ride, and to everyone who marched, cheered, and celebrated at Pride in London. The energy of the day was inspiring, and we remain committed to helping turn that energy into lasting change in workplaces all year round.
