Now in its third year, the Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2025, isn’t just recognition – it’s a movement. From innovators shaping new technologies to leaders championing equality in the workplace, this initiative amplifies the voices of LGBTQ+ professionals who are redefining what inclusive finance looks like. With support from industry leaders like Starling Bank, J.P. Morgan, Zopa Bank – and community-driven platforms such as myGwork – the Powerlist reflects the collective commitment to embracing diverse perspectives and driving systemic change.
