Our ERGs are open to all employees interested in learning about the experiences and challenges of their colleagues. More than 3,200 employees worldwide are a member or ally of an ERG, actively building relationships and expanding networks across business units and functions, collaborating, showcasing and further developing skills, and advocating for a strong internal culture. Our ERG categories are broad, and members are active across each of the four regions in which we operate. Unite is the Avery Dennison employee resource group that supports the LGBTQI+ and ally community. Offered as a safe space, Unite is an in-person and virtual community where employees can network, find and share support, and discuss issues important to LGBTQI+ and allied employees in every location.
