Aviation Pride UK is dedicated to building, supporting, and uniting the LGBTQ+ aviation community across the UK and beyond. Established in 2016, our organisation has grown into a global network, strengthened through our affiliations with the National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA) and the European Pride in Aviation Network (EPAN).
Our mission goes beyond creating a community — we strive to foster a sense of belonging. Aviation Pride UK is a place where individuals can feel supported, celebrated, and truly at home.
We empower our members through mentoring, scholarships, and educational initiatives, while also bringing people together through a wide range of social and networking events across the country. Alongside this, we collaborate closely with industry stakeholders to advocate for greater inclusion and to drive meaningful, lasting change within the aviation sector.
