BE YOURSELF AT WORK

Be Yourself At Work (#BYAW) is a campaign and a movement at Capco.

We recognize that inclusion in the workplace is about more than having traditional diversity networks. True inclusion is about fostering an environment where all employees are encouraged to be themselves at work. As such, we celebrate individuality in our work environment and reject a 'one size fits all' approach in our policies, processes and management.

Capco's diversity focus now lies on the promotion of individuality within our organization, acknowledging that every person can bring something different, unique and important to the table - both internally and as we face our clients.

The firm supports and encourages an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking. If someone has an idea or spots a better way to do something, then they are empowered to act on this with the full support of the leadership team. This extends to our internal ways of working as well as how we work with our clients.

Innovation is firmly at Capco’s core. As a firm, we recognize that diversity of thought is critical to achieve this. All Capco employees, regardless of background or experience, are encouraged to challenge, change, and create ideas that will bring the financial services industry into the future.

Inclusion & Belonging

Capco is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive culture driven by our global DEI Center of Excellence.

WHY I AM PROUD TO BE PART OF PRIDE@CAPCO

Employee Stories I Kolin Goldschmidt

I’ve long been an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, so Capco’s Be Yourself at Work campaign immediately resonated with me. Before joining the firm, I spoke with a friend involved in Pride@Capco who shared his experiences. The opportunity to apply my technical skills as a consultant while also staying connected to my peers through Capco’s strong ERG presence was especially compelling. Texas’ Pride@Capco offered a meaningful peek into the company culture and helped give me the confidence to take the step to join the firm.

Recent Achievements and Events

  • A global virtual event to celebrate Pride across the firm as well as a series of local Pride events, such as allyship workshops and mentorship groups. In previous years, Capco employees have also represented the firm at Pride marches around the world.
  • Pride@Capco and Capco’s CSR teams have raised money for a variety of organizations that are focused on promoting access and equality for our community, including Time Out Youth, the ACLU, The Sylvia Rivera Law Project, and more.
