I’ve long been an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, so Capco’s Be Yourself at Work campaign immediately resonated with me. Before joining the firm, I spoke with a friend involved in Pride@Capco who shared his experiences. The opportunity to apply my technical skills as a consultant while also staying connected to my peers through Capco’s strong ERG presence was especially compelling.
