About Certified Proud

Certified Proud aims to build an inclusive world by providing hands-on training sessions, enabling employees to learn about the do's and don'ts of supporting their queer colleagues and clients. From unconscious bias to terminology, pronouns and allyship, inclusion training fosters understanding and equality. Certified proud memberships help organisations extend support to the LGBTQ+ community beyond pride. Certified Proud works on giving back to the queer community and hence dedicates 40% of each membership fee to the Certified Proud Fund which is distributed to organisations that work for the betterment of the LGBTQ+ community.

Certified Proud has over 13 members that have committed to supporting the queer community all year round. Over the span of the last 3 years, Certified Proud has been a part of 25+ companies to build a queer inclusive workplace by providing training and workshops.
