Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) has long been a catalyst for our cultural transformation, evolving from a basic value into an essential pillar of our strategy. The milestones achieved over the past two years, as well as the foundations we are laying for the future, are detailed in our 2024–2025 DE&I Report.

Our framework reflects our deep and broad commitment to embedding DE&I into the fabric of our daily operations. To drive this forward, our DE&I framework is built on five core pillars: Awareness and Engagement, Leadership Capability, Talent Management, Processes and Policies, and Data and Insights.

We focus on six Drivers for Inclusion: Gender, Multicultural, LGTBI+, Generational, Diverse Abilities, and Mental Health. At the heart of our DE&I strategy is the concept of intersectionality. We recognize that people do not experience the world through a single identity marker. Gender, ethnicity, age, ability and sexual orientation intersect to shape unique experiences and challenges. Inclusion means seeing the whole person, not just one aspect of their identity. By placing intersectionality at the foundation of our DE&I efforts, we ensure that our approach is more diverse, empathetic and ultimately more impactful.
