About us

Positive East has been at the forefront of HIV service and care for three decades; supporting people from the point of an HIV diagnosis to longer-term care. Guided by our mission – to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities affected by HIV – and our vision - a world where people living with HIV can fulfil their potential free from stigma and discrimination - we have developed London's most comprehensive responses to HIV and offer a range of free health and wellbeing programmes that include counselling, peer support, workshops, information and advice, volunteering and HIV/STI testing. All activities are delivered by a staff of 26, supported by 100 active and trained volunteers. 3,000 people access our programmes and projects per year.
