· Raising awareness throughout Skyscanner of events or current issues happening within the LGBTQ+ community.
· To support allies of the LGBTQ+ community by:
· Promoting the use of inclusive language and behaviours based on established best practice.
· Providing a safe space to raise questions and share knowledge
· To share information relating to the LGBTQ+ community in order to empower and educate all staff on how they can contribute to a safe and inclusive environment.
· To visibly show our support internally and externally, with mindfulness of local and cultural sensitivities, and having an intersectional approach.
