Unit4's LGBTQ+ / Inclusion Network

Unit4 actively supports the inclusion of LGBTQ+ community at work, through our employee-led Pride ERG.

This network provides a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, learn, and advocate for inclusion across the organization. The network plays a key role in celebrating key moments for the community, raising awareness, and advising on inclusive practices and policies.

Through education, storytelling, and community-building, the Pride & Inclusion Network helps ensure that everyone at Unit4 can bring their authentic self to work.
