This event is presented by CGI.
Join Callum Fraser, a cybersecurity consultant at CGI and former Detective in the Met Police Cyber Crime Unit, as he shares his powerful story of navigating gender identity in the workplace. After 18 years in the police force and being outed by “trusted” friends, Callum made the decision to be open about his gender identity, hoping to inspire others to be themselves at work.
In this engaging 45-minute session, Callum will discuss the successes and challenges he faced within the police force, offering valuable insights into how organizations can better support transgender employees.
Gain a deeper understanding of gender identity and learn how to become a more informed ally to the trans community.
The session will include 30 minutes of presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
