The UK’s leading inclusion innovators, diversity advocates and forward-thinking employers came together to celebrate excellence in fairness, equality and representation at the Inclusive Awards, yesterday evening in London. Each year, the Inclusive Awards, organized by the Inclusive Companies, spotlight organizations that go above and beyond to build workplaces where everyone can thrive, recognizing those who turn inclusion matters into true organizational strength.
The ceremony also marked the reveal of two influential rankings: the UK’s Top 50 Inclusive Employers and the Diversity Power List – both of which continue to set national benchmarks for inclusive best practice.
This year, many of myGwork’s clients proudly secured a place among the UK’s Top 50 Inclusive Employers – an achievement that reflects their sustained commitment to embedding inclusion into the core of their culture and operations. Topping this year's list at number one is Kantar, followed by impressive placements from Capgemini (ranking at number 5), E.ON UK (ranking 6), Mott MacDonald Group Limited, AEG Europe, Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and MSD UK. These organizations have each demonstrated excellence across a range of criteria, including inclusive recruitment, training, workforce representation and diversity-driven initiatives.
Compiled by a dedicated advisory panel, the list provides long-awaited visibility into which UK employers are truly leading the way. Explore the full 2025 rankings here.
Adding to the celebration, myGwork’s very own Head of PR, Content & Communications Pepi Sappal was honored in this year’s Diversity Power List, joining a prestigious group of influential diversity leaders creating real change across the UK. Check out this year’s honorees here. This follows previous recognition of myGwork’s co-founders Adrien and Pierre Gaubert in the 2022/23 Diversity Power List. Read more about that milestone here.
Finally, myGwork clients were also celebrated at the Inclusive Awards themselves, including Allianz Commercial's Marie-Helen Tyack and Colt Technology Services, who were recognized among this year’s winners and highly commended honorees for their exceptional work in championing inclusion.
