I offer 26 years of experience with Transport for London, currently driving change and continuous improvement within the Customer Operations Strategic Delivery & Change team. Prior to this role, I spent 18 months working as Executive Officer at the heart of the Line Operations senior leadership team during the Covid-19 pandemic and before that, 13 years as a Centurion Manager in both train and station environments managing teams of over 250 frontline customer-facing colleagues.

My work is grounded in the belief that when people feel supported, they are empowered to grow and succeed.
Outside of my professional role, my greatest purpose and motivation is being a mother. I am a proud single mother of two incredible children, who are truly the loves of my life and the driving force behind everything I do. I am grateful and humbled to be able to pursue and achieve my professional goals while keeping them as my number one priority.
Beyond motherhood, I strive to be the best sister, aunt, and friend I can be, guided by my spiritual beliefs which remain at the forefront of my life. In my free time, I enjoy decorating and tackling DIY projects around my home, finding creativity and joy in making spaces feel warm and meaningful.
Driving inclusive and sustainable talent strategies that deliver Social Impact, business growth, and opportunity for those who face barriers in their careers.
I’ve been lucky to have had a varied career in DEI, consulting, programme management, technology implementations, and occupational psychology, with a brief stint in China thrown in.
I use my background as an Occupational Psychologist to address systemic bias and barriers for underrepresented talent, creating fairness of opportunity and inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.
Mathew Harris is a globally experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader with over a decade of work at the intersection of people strategy, inclusive hiring, and cultural change. His career spans multinational organisations across multiple sectors, where he has consistently moved DE&I from the margins of compliance into the centre of business strategy.
He worked for a global tech and engineering company with 60,000 employees and Mathew designed and led the company's first enterprise-wide DE&I strategy — building the governance structures, leadership capability programmes, and cultural change initiatives that made inclusion a measurable, leadership-owned priority rather than an HR initiative. He delivered inclusive leadership development to over 800 senior leaders globally, established and scaled ERGs including the Women's Network and LGBTIQ+ Network, and improved LGBTIQ+ inclusion benchmark scores by 30% in a single year. He led their first global Pride campaign and represented the business as a keynote speaker at major DE&I forums internationally — work recognised with the Diversity Award of the Year in 2023.
At another global engineering firm, Mathew was brought in to redesign the global DE&I strategy from the ground up, replacing fragmented compliance activity with a coherent, C-suite-anchored framework. He led capability sessions at executive level, conducted global attrition analysis across protected groups, and embedded inclusive hiring principles into core recruitment infrastructure across global operations.
Most recently, as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at a sports tech company, Mathew extended his DE&I remit further — designing and launching enterprise-wide inclusive hiring standards that embedded bias mitigation and decision accountability into everyday hiring practice across all markets.
Throughout his career, Mathew has championed the idea that inclusion is not a programme — it is how an organisation operates. His approach is practical, evidence-led, and built on the belief that lasting change happens when leaders are equipped and held accountable, not simply made aware.

More than 25 years of professional experience and 10 years of experience developing and implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies and programs. Woman, feminist and fighter for gender equality, activist and ally for women's rights and the LGBT+ community. I started working and learning from DEI issues out of personal curiosity to contribute to generating a more inclusive world; and little by little I discovered in it my true passion until I took it to the professional level, guiding companies in the implementation of DEI cultures and studying to prepare myself with theoretical support, beyond experience.

I’m a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with Network Rail, where I work in track maintenance, asset management, and rail performance projects. I’m particularly interested in rail grinding, material behaviour, and improving long-term rail integrity.
Alongside engineering, EDI is something that really matters to me. Outside of work, I was the LGBT+ BME Representative at the University of Sheffield for 3 years, where I organised inclusive events and helped create more welcoming spaces. I’m also a member of the QTIBPOC cinema club at Gut Level in Sheffield, where I’ve hosted film screenings and events highlighting POC voices and stories from around the world.
Within Network Rail, I’ve seen the positive impact strong EDI leadership can have through open conversations around physical and mental health within my team, and I look forward to continuing to support that throughout my career.
In my spare time, I enjoy sewing, films, cigars, fishing and cooking. Would love any recommendations.

Rowena Wilding is a B2B marketing strategist who helps facilities management and workplace brands stop sounding like the business equivalent of beige wallpaper and start showing up like the obvious and only choice. For the last 15 years she’s built positioning, messaging and campaigns that turn “sure, we can do that” into clear value, real demand, and sales conversations with the right people.
She’s known for putting values at the centre of strategy, not as a bolt-on, but as the commercial engine. Inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability and social value become proof, differentiation, and trust when they’re translated into outcomes decision-makers actually care about.
Rowena’s also on a mission to make the workplace less… 1957. Which is why you’ll find her on panels like “The problem with men?” talking openly about the leadership gaps women are still expected to climb, while keeping it practical: if we want better workplaces, we need better power systems, better narratives, and better standards.

Talentwell is led by Nicholas Creswell, who's spent over 25 years as an in-house HR leader: helping senior executives at energy, tech and information companies turn their people and culture ambition into results.
He's spent his career inside complex, global organisations including Ørsted, Thomson Reuters and Google, partnering with leaders through transformation — whether driven by growth, efficiency, or both at once. Since 2010 he's sat at the senior leadership table himself, accountable for equipping organisations to deliver strategy under pressure from Boards, markets and employees alike. He knows first-hand what it takes to lead these transformations — the pressure on senior leaders, what truly works, what gets in the way, and how to keep going when it matters most.
Since 2025, Nicholas has deepened his focus on the cultural implications of AI — clear that AI transformation requires behavioural readiness, honest conversations and capability at every level. As a gay leader whose career has spanned significant shifts in LGBTQ+ inclusion, he is a committed advocate for equity and for the workplace rights of under-represented communities.
Based in London and available globally. MBA from London Business School and certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
I’m a DEI Advisor, focused on the practical side of inclusion at work. Based in Romania, I work across regions on areas including gender equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, accessibility, and neurodiversity, with a strong intersectional lens. At Colt Technology Services, I contribute to global DEI work through the delivery of inclusion‑related programmes and initiatives, gender data analysis and leadership reporting, accessibility work, neurodiversity support for managers, and close collaboration with employee networks. I care about inclusion being part of how work actually happens, rather than something separate or abstract. I’m autistic and queer, and my lived experience strongly shapes how I approach my work, particularly around intersectionality, neurodiversity, accessibility, psychological safety, and the design of systems that work for people with different identities and ways of thinking. Alongside my corporate role, I also bring experience from the non‑profit and advocacy space: I previously served as Chairperson of PRIDE Romania and continue to work closely with LGBTQ+, gender, cultural diversity, and women’s networks. I’m fluent in English and Romanian, and particularly interested in work that is practical, grounded, and rooted in real organisational contexts.
An ex US Air Force Staff Sergeant, I was investigated and kicked out of the military after being 'outed' in 2005, under the US's Don't Ask, Don't Tell Policy. I was stationed in the UK at the time and stayed here, eventually marrying my British wife and obtaining British Citizenship for myself.
These days, I love to keep busy! In my day job I focus on leading a number of critical workplace experience programmes for Santander, working to ensure that our working environments are as frictionless and value add as possible.
I dedicate a lot of time to volunteering, both in and outside of Santander. I focus on ensuring I am vocal about the needs of the entire LGBTQ+ community, and use my platforms to raise awareness of those parts of the community that need it most - these days that feels like my trans, non binary and ethnic minority siblings who day in and day out are facing far more hurdles than white cisgendered LGB communities are, and we're already facing a lot!
I also Chair Santander's LGBTQ+ Employee Network, growing it from c. 400 people to nearly 3000 people across the UK, and creating the 'Embrace' blueprint used in our other country groups. I chaired the Board of Trustees at Q:alliance (a Milton Keynes based LGBTQ+ focused registered charity), and I work with various local community organisations to represent the LGBTQ+ community and ensure our voices are heard and considered wherever decisions are made.
With what spare time I have left sometimes I narrate wlw fiction audiobooks on Audible, Amazon & iTunes, because there simply wasn't enough representation in this area when I was growing up and I want to help change that! Lucky for me I have a very understanding, and VERY supportive wife.
Gardening and gaming are my 'wind down' hobbies that keep me sane, and my menagerie of animals insist on keeping me grounded. You can't feel too fancy when you're cleaning up dog mess in the garden!
I'm always happy to help people and pass on whatever life wisdom I may have gained so far on this rock. I'm also very keen to listen to and learn from other people's stories. We aren't equal until we're ALL equal.
I want to create environments within companies that are truly inclusive, giving people from different race, gender, age, disability, and sexual orientation the confidence to be who they want to be and enjoy the career and success they deserve.
I have worked for large global organisations to smaller family-run businesses and never had to deal with homophobic issues, the one time I did I left the company as they didn't see it as an issue if you have to go through this at the workplace and don't feel supported then this is a great place to find companies that can except you however just because a company has a policy or an award does not mean they practice this day to day
I am proud of who I am and want to ensure that for people who have no voice are heard and represented both professionally and personally.
If you are looking for advice on companies who are inclusive, CV help, interview prep please feel free to reach out.

I also work extensively in the diversity & inclusion arena, having chaired TfL's LGBTQ+ Colleague Network 'OUTbound' for two years 2021-2023, which led to my founding 'Journey' - the network of LGBTQ+ networks in the UK transport industry in 2023. I am an LGBTQ+ representative at 'Rail Unites for Inclusion', and as part of my role at TfL work to increase colleague inclusion and wellbeing within the Customer Operations directorate. I pioneered the accommodation of red/green colour vision deficient Train Operators on London Underground's Jubilee Line - a national and possibly global first - and continue to work to expand the number of lines which can accommodate people with the condition; around 5% of the population. My work to accommodate colour deficient Train Operators and as chair of OUTbound resulted in TfL 'You Matter' awards in 2019 and 2023 respectively. I was privileged to take OUTbound to the British Diversity Awards as a nominee in 2024, and received special mention in the 'Top 12 Inspirational Leaders' category at the British LGBT Awards 2024.
I take pride in maintaining the highest levels of personal integrity, and lead from the front; being approachable and visible to customers and colleagues alike. I am dynamic, active, accountable, consistent, collaborative, industrious, politically aware, and have forged a reputation as an excellent manager of people and processes. I thrive under pressure and relish new challenges; leading my areas through near-constant change and operating with agility and resilience at the heart of TfL Customer Operations.
I am also an award-winning cartographer and railway historian, having published eleven titles to date documenting the evolution of the railways of London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester as well as continuing Stuart K Baker's legacy through the Rail Atlas of Great Britain & Ireland.
I am Head of Talent Development and Inclusion with experience in learning & development, people and performance management, coaching and leadership development. I work with people at all levels of seniority and am seen as their trusted advisor when it comes to the career and skills development of their people. My role is central to a person’s progression and development; it’s such an important and strategic role to play with a great deal of responsibility, and so I approach all queries with the same strategic focus to ensure that the solution I find is not only going to benefit the individual, but also contributes to the firm strategy and values as well as the wider learning strategy and vision for my team and the wider firm.
Whilst the “day job” is my main focus, I do believe in the wider community and am involved in many different groups including being the co-chair of the LGBT Network, and sit on the Inclusoin and Responsible Business boards so am very much part of the wider diversity groups such as cultural diversity, social mobility, future talent and gender networks. I believe in diversity of thought, which not only makes the working environment more interesting, but really challenges the way I think and undertake my job to ensure that I not only deliver the best for people but also that I get the most out of my participants.
I have a great team that are based across two different sites and so fully embrace the “remote team” philosophy and approach. My team (which includes digital learning specialists as well as the more traditional roles) are all responsible for different populations within the business and under my leadership and guidance have a proven track record in leading, designing & implementing impactful, thoughtful and engaging development programmes across the entire firm, both in the UK and further afield.
I believe it’s extremely important to give people the opportunity and the platform to develop themselves for future progression.
Everything is subjective; Believe in yourself.
